Are you in love?
I'm currently interviewing, for a book I'm writing, entrepreneurs who left behind corporate careers to do their own thing. One of the common characteristics I'm finding is that they love, Love, LOVE what they do! Sure it can be tough, but the freedom to structure their time and call their own shots is what keeps them in love with their work. All of them have chosen entrepreneurial ventures that express their higher self and allow them to contribute their own unique talents to the world. And none of them would go back to being an employee, no matter how hard things might get. They are innovative and always seeking wisdom and new ways of doing things to keep their businesses thriving in any economy.
Could that be you? Are you in love with your work? Do you have a yearning, a calling to do something different, to strike out on your own? There are so many ways to make a living doing what you love. And the technology we have today means some things you can do just about anywhere.
Is it time for you to make the leap -- or maybe just some baby steps toward your dream? There's no time like the present. As Barbara Sher says, It's Only Too Late If You Don't Start Now!
